A shipping confirmation email including NZ Couriers tracking information will typically be sent within hours of an item shipping.

For example, if you place an order on Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information before the close of business that Tuesday.

All orders of $10 and over ( including sale and clearance items ) qualify for free courier delivery ( including rural delivery addresses ).

Our normal estimated delivery time is between 24-48 hours NZ wide, although your delivery may take an extra day if you are a rural address or place an order during the weekend.
